Well - Felix looks something like this man here. Shaggydog would be a very big, black wolf. You know Adolf and Aziraphale.
Sandor...hard to find a picture reference, but he would be a fairly big, built man, dark haired, with burn scars over half his face...for the purpose of the picture the rest wouldn't matter that much. Gregor would just be a very large (as in seven-and-half foot man large) hulking bestiary.
