Problem/Question: I want the background of the numbers (header) to encompass everything of the header. Like, for there not to be any white around it 'framing it'. My code is under the cut.

The reason is because your #content and #maincontent have a background color. Remove those and add the background color to the subcontent instead :)

But now, on the bottom where it says "Leave Comment" there's this like, overlap or something that's kind of weird. How can I fix that?

By the way, sorry for asking so many questions, lol. I'm new at this.

in .comments there is a top: 15px; that causes the comments to go downwards. Try reducing it to 10px or even less :)
