Tutorial: Bright and Simple

Okay, so before I say anything else I will say: I don't have Photoshop. I have Paint Shop Pro (version XI). So while there are brilliant, wonderful tutorials that I have learned a lot from, there are some techniques that I just can't use. So while I'm only a mediocre maker, I always enjoy reading tutorials and learning something, and seeing why

You seem to like to set the opacity of your layers at 46% quite often. I prefer 50% because I like round numbers. lol

I don't really think about it, I guess. XD I just slide it down until it looks okay, ha ha.

This is actually translatable to pretty much any program: like Gimp or Photoshop! :)

*I also made "creator" tags so you can use those in the future just in case you wanna join elite comms (which you should) and showcase your stuff ;D
**sorry, I was also wondering if you were able to make tags? 'cause I'm going back to tag your posts with creator tags even though I should be studying and I noticed some without fandom tags. if there's a fandom without a tag, just go ahead and make it [^_^]
