I bought a decent pair of Airwalks for running/biking and they're holding up pretty well, though I'm a bit embarrassed when I shake the whole treadmill while running hard.
I'm fine with it now, it's more of a 'goddamn, that's just not right' in my head sort of embarrassment, I still run full-force anyhow. Personal embarassment, I don't have to worry about. I've only really seen a handful of other people in my apartment's gym.

I've been hovering around 250 for a while, but at least my weight has stopped going UP.
Just bought some decent running shoes today, though, so, as Vonnegut put it best: the excrement is about to hit the air conditioner.
