Have been getting some pms from some members lately. I've already replied and talked to those concerned but for future reference:

1. Since there is already a place for twitter layouts, please post such layouts at twitter_layouts in the future. There is no need to delete previous twitter layout posts but please avoid posting them here in the future

Ooh, thank you for nixing Twitter layouts. I'd get so excited to see this comm on my flist, only to find it wasn't an LJ layout that I could actually use, so this is much appreciated!

You might want to update the profile to include the bit about twitter layouts, and remove the tag for them. A layout-maker can rightfully post and say that they didn't see this rule in the profile and the tag is still there...as has just occurred.

I agree with megyal. I've watched this community for quite awhile and I've never seen this post until someone just now pointed it out to me. I went ahead and deleted my post already, but you should really update the Profile so others don't make the same mistake I just did. :(

Hi, I apologize for the confusion as well. Didn't realize until now, but updating the rules completely slipped my mind ;o; I'll try my best not to make the same mistake next time. Again, I'm very sorry ;o;
