Quick questions, I'm currently using this and edited it. However, I don't know where to place the header code for a header image, seeing as it's not in the codes already.

Also, the box that is below the top links (the box where you have links and so on) is empty for me and I don't know where to edit it, so it's just an empty box.

I don't think it really matters where you put the header code. I usually put it at the end, under the MISC STUFF, OUT OF PLACE section.

That box is the sidebar. You need to put something in the links list, and the sidebar's blurb.
