a lot of layout places have used this background. that doesn't mean i stole it if you want proof i can name places where they used it i got this bg from a myspace community.
I know this is old - but the image is originally from k10k.net :) in their patterns section, so whoever said you stole it is truly sad (it seems they wanted to take credit for it!)
