and while this is quite the sad thing to say, haven't you gotten used to the fact that people get slaughtered by other people? Killing each other comes naturally to humans. If anyone ever thinks that members of this one human race, all inhabiting the same planet, are someday going to stop killing each other for petty reasons, then their view of the world is either sickeningly warped, or they are simply gullible, and would be a lot better off retreating to the pink candy clouds they float around on.

I don't agree with your views on religion expressed in the end entirely, but I definitely agree with them as far as radical religiosity is concerned.

I think it's got to do with where I live. Radical religion here has been on the rise for a long while now, and it didn't do any good that it started to rise especially when I have the most active thoughts/beliefs as a young adult. I don't have a problem with people living their lives the way they want to; but it seems far too often now that they are hellbent on making me hate religion as a whole, and that is where the resentment comes from.

I don't know. Maybe it'll get better when people have perfect minds, and that seems pretty far off.
