I just got back from a weeklong beach vacation... I love seaside towns because they have sort of a double life- in the summer they're filled with life and bustling crowds, but in the winter the only sound is the snow softly falling... Still, I think it would be nice to live there all year round. I love the ocean- it's just so inspiring and peaceful

Heh, the only beaches near me are fairly chilly and windy, but the weather's too temperate for snow to fall in winter (because if it did whoo boy would that be news).

...I've attended what many people would call "super-academic" schools throughout my life from elementary school, and so even though you'd think I'd be "used to it" by now, it hasn't made that lifestyle any easier. I don't mean to scare you, but...don't underestimate it. Keep on top of your work, even get ahead of things when possible. At schools like these, even a little ill-timed slacking off can cost you dearly. -_-
