Summary: Sungmin and Kyuhyun are each others best friend and brother. Ever since they were little, they could never be separated. No matter where Kyuhyun went, his older brother tagged along. Just like wherever Sungmin went, the little one tagged alone. That's why they made a promise when they were little, to always stay together. But will that still be like that when they are older? Even after they both go to different schools and meet new people? Will they be able to stop their feelings from changing? And above of that, will they still be able to keep there promise?

Chapter 15:
“Yesung, I had so much fun today. Thank you very much~” Ryeowook said cutely as he walked with Yesung toward his home. Both of the went on a date today, after Yesung asked him out. They went to a fair and played around. Both of them were contented. They had luch together and later also dinner. At the café they talked about various things, like school, hobbies, family, friends.
They also talked about the ‘KyuMin problem’, as Yesung named it and they decided to help Sungmin get over it soon. He was very sad after the group date and Kyuhyun didn’t even try doing something about it. He was just looking at Sungmin and kept his mouth shut the whole time. Ryeowook wanted to find someone else for Sungmin, since Kyuhyun had a girlfriend now and it hurt his friend so much. he thought they should find someone for Sungmin to love too, but Yesung objected. He said Sungmin was meant for Kyuhyun and that they should be together no matter what. He told Ryeowook that even though Kyuhyun was dating Seohyun, he knew the latter had feelings for Sungmin which were so great, that it was impossible to forget his feelings like that. Ryeowook pouted then and was convinced that Yesung was wrong. Yesung did everything to convince Ryeowook that KyuMin was real and SeoKyu [the new couple name he invented] was more than only fake. It was just a stupid one-sided-love-of-a-girl-who-asked-kyuhyun-out-and-broke-the-precious-KyuMin, Yesung stated. Ryeowook giggled at his cuteness and agreed that maybe KyuMin was real. But he was still not fully convinced. After the conversation, they ate a dessert and went home.
“Me too, it was great to be with you on a date today.” Ryeowook blushed at the word ‘date’ and nodded. Yesung looked at the cute Ryeowook and wanted to make the boy even cuter, by grabbing the boy’s hand and intertwine it with his.
Yesung saw just what he wanted. He grinned as he saw the reddened Ryeowook looking at their hands with a big smile on his face. The two walked with their hands swinging back and forth as Yesung started to sing the song, ‘No Other’. Ryeowook closed his eyes, listening to the beautiful voice and melody that came out of his crush’s mouth. He loved his voice so much, he wanted to shear it forever. He never heard such a beautiful, husky voice singing so beautiful and cute. Ryeowook soon started to hum along and then sing with yesung together. Both their heart felt so warm and relax as they walked to Ryeowook’s house singing and holding hands.
Ryeowook pouted as he saw his house getting closer and closer.
“What’s wrong?” Yesung asked worried. Ryeowook sighed and pointed with his finger to his house.
“We’re almost at my home…” Ryeowook said disappointed and looked to Yesung with a pout. Yesung laughed at the reason and thought that Ryeowook wanted the same thing as him indeed. Staying like that forever. He pinched Ryeowook’s cheek and smiled.
“Don’t worry, we’ll see each other soon.” Ryeowook was taken aback by the latter’s words, but he soon broke out in a smile. He nodded and looked contently too Yesung. They both stared into each other’s eyes. Until Yesung decided to talk.
“Ryeowook-ah. You’re cute.” Ryeowook pouted and shook his head.
“I-I’m n-” Yesung leaned forward and placed his lips gently on Ryeowook’s. Ryeowook closed his eyes as he enjoyed the sudden feeling on his lips. He never thought this would happen so soon. Or even happen at all, but he didn’t mind it at all. He gently kissed back. Yesung was contented with the respond and grabbed the latter by the waist, pulling him a bit closer, and separated their lips. He smiled to the blushing Ryeowook, who was now grabbing his shirt lightly and hid his head in Yesung’s chest. Yesung took a tighter hold on the hand he was still intertwined with, as he placed his face near Ryeowook’s ear.
“Wookie, would you like to date me?” Yesung asked nervously. He was kind of nervous Ryeowook would reject him, even after this moment. Ryeowook shivered at the husky voice and the words he told him. He would love to, he felt like the happiest person on planet. He looked up to Yesung, who was looking nervously at him. He nodded before planting a quick peck on the older’s lips.
“Yes, I would love to.” He said cutely before turning away to enter his house. He smiled shyly to Yesung and Yesung did the same, of course also shyly. Ryeowook closed the door and ran to his room as fast as he could and threw himself on the bed with a huge grin on his face after squealing loudly out of happiness. Ryeowook was finally dating his first love. He couldn’t wait to see him again.
Yesung walked away with a grin as huge as Ryeowook’s. He did it. He really did it. And it felt awesome. He should have asked the latter sooner, if he knew the moment was so great with him. He took his phone out when he reached the bus stop and sent a message.

Sleep well, my love <3
I already miss you!

Yesung felt like a fool while writing it. But he liked this feeling. He didn’t mind being foolish at all.

*Next morning at Cho’s house*
Sungmin was sleeping soundly on his pink bed. He woke up and rubbed his eyes as he yawned. He laid down in his bed, stretching his legs. He looked at the ceiling and thought about the dream he had that night. He had that kind of dreams for the past 3 nights now. Ever since the groups date he couldn’t stop dreaming about him and Kyuhyun. And sometimes Seohyun was in it. After the dreams he realized he became so distant with Kyuhyun recently. And he hated it. He thought about spending some time with Kyuhyun today, It has been so awkward between them these days.
He stood up and walked his room out with a smile on his face. He couldn’t wait to spend a day with Kyuhyun again. It had been too long! He skips to his younger brother’s room next door. He opened the door slowly after knocking on it.
He giggled as he saw Kyuhyun dress himself up. There were some clothes scattered around the room. Kyuhyun was looking at the mirror with two shirts in his hands as he kept switching them in front of his body. Only when he heard his hyung’s giggle, he noticed the latter. He turned to him and smiled. He walked to him and hugged him like every morning. He released him afterwards.
Sungmin laughed again when he saw the clothes and put his hand infront of his mouth, trying to suppress his laughter. He didn’t know Kyuhyun was someone to dress up like this and worry about his clothes. He found it kind of funny.
“What’s that all about?” He asked when he finally stopped laughing. But once again, that joy was destroyed by the same person as always.
“Seohyun is coming over today. Hyung! I don’t know what to wear~” Of course… Why do you keep falling for it Sungmin. Of course he would be doing those things for Seohyun. Why the hell is everything about Seohyun! It’s always Seohyun this, Seohyun that! What the hell is so important about her! Sungmin couldn’t help but be down and pissed now. He couldn’t believe it was once again about Seohyun. For the first time in his life, Sungmin started to hate a person.
Sungmin walked away out of nowhere. His mood was totally ruined thanks to that girl now. He left the room and a confused Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun was confused about the sudden action and followed Sungmin right away. He grabbed the latter’s wrist after he didn’t stop when he called for him. Sungmin turned around and Kyuhyun could only see a poker face.
“Minnie, What’s wrong? What happened?” Kyuhyun asked, but he only got Sungmin’s silent poker face in return. He then looked away, trying to walk away, but Kyuhyun cups Sungmin’s face between his hands. He could see his eyes become watery what made Kyuhyun worry a lot.
“What happened? Why have we become so distance recently? I hate it, Kyu. I really hate it. It makes me so sad. ” Sungmin asked sadly to Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun sighed and nodded. He thought back about the past days and realized how little time he spent with Sungmin. Almost none. They never been like this. They indeed became very distant in such a short time.
“Mi-” Kyuhyun was interrupted by the bell which rang. Sungmin looked with eyes full of hope, that he wouldn’t open the door yet. But Kyuhyun gave a peck on Sungmin’s lips before hurrying downstairs. A peck that Sungmin disliked for the first time.
Sungmin gritted his teeth and let a tear escape his eye, before punching the wall with his hand. Of course it was Seohyun again. He couldn’t believe Kyuhyun left like that in such a serious moment. He held back those feelings so long and finally let them out. And how dare Kyuhyun treat my words like that for such a girl. Am I really nothing to him anymore? Did that stupid girl take his place?
She is taking all Kyuhyun’s time with Sungmin away and not only his time, also his care and attention. He missed the times were Kyuhyun would spent all his time on him, care only for him and pay attention to him no matter where or what situation. Now the latter didn’t know anything about him. He didn’t know the sadness, pain and love he had. And for some reason, he started to even hate Kyuhyun slightly now.
No! That can’t be! Sungmin was shocked by his own conclusion. He couldn’t believe this all now even came to the moment were Kyuhyun didn’t think about him and he would actually grow some hatred toward Kyuhyun. No, no. He was wrong. He didn’t feel anything near that toward Kyuhyun. It was a mistake. He loved Kyuhyun and could never hate him. No matter what happens. But he admitted he was pissed at him.
He walked his room in and let himself fall onto the bed. He looked at the picture of him and Kyuhyun together, which was placed on the small table next to his bed. He took the picture and out of blue, he threw it on the floor. Sungmin was shocked by his own action, but all he could do was stare at the broken glass and the picture, while thinking that he was seriously losing his little brother… And his love.

Sometime later, Kyuhyun calls Sungmin from downstairs. Sungmin walked the stairs to go down. Kyuhyun waited for him on the end of the stairs. Sungmin sighed and wanted to walk past him, but Kyuhyun took him in a hug. Repeating, ‘I’m sorry’ a couple of times and kiss his head gently. He stroked his hair and said they will soon be closer again. Sungmin didn’t believe anything he said, cuz it would be just another of those hurtful lies and words like he said the other day. And he didn’t want to believe them this time and have hope again.
“Kyu, are you coming?” A sweet girl voice was heard from the living room. Kyuhyun took Sungmin’s hand and lead him to the living room. Sungmin’s favorite show was on. He felt happy that Kyuhyun remembered at least that. He didn’t forget fully about him. Sungmin sat down on the other side of Seohyun and Kyuhyun had to sit in the middle. He wanted to cuddle with Sungmin, but Seohyun had the same plans with him, unfortunaly.
Sungmin pouted to himself as he saw the couple cuddling, while watching TV. He had to admit they looked good together. They seemed perfect for each other. And that made him hate Seohyun even more. Because HE was the one who is supposed to be perfect with Kyuhyun. He continued watching his favorite show, trying to ignore the couple next to him.
After the show ended they decided to eat. Since both their mom and dad were working, they had let food deliver for them, since Sungmin was too lazy to cook that day. After eating Seohyun stayed a bit, but soon left for home.
“Byebye, Kyu. See you later, Sungmin-oppa.” She waved and left. Sungmin and Kyuhyun both sighed in relieve. Finally she was gone. Kyuhyun thought it was a good time to talk now, but Sungmin decided to go to bed early today.
“I’m going to sleep. I’m tired.” He walked upstairs and Kyuhyun could only watch his brother’s back sadly. He felt bad for him, because he was so close with Seohyun today. Well, actually Seohyun acted close with him and he only wished to hug his brother tightly and cuddle with him. The sweet words she told him, he wanted them only to be said by Sungmin to him.
Kyuhyun couldn’t take it anymore. He wanted to go to his hyung, but he was afraid. He threw himself on the cough and sighed heavily. After some minutes he finally decided to go to his brother to talk.

“Hyung… Minnie?” He knocked on the door and looked at Sungmin, who was staring at the ceiling. He came closer and sat on his bed side. Sungmin ignore him and covered his eyes with his arm. “Minnie.” He whispered in Sungmin’s ear softly, before placing himself on top of his hyung. He didn’t know what he was doing, but it felt okay. He wanted to do this so long and he couldn’t stop himself now.
Sungmin looked surpsrised to Kyuhyun, who was placing his hands beside his head. Kyuhyun smiled softly to the boy under him and changed his position. He was now sitting on top of Sungmin. Sungmin sighed, giving up on the idea of chasing Kyuhyun away. They stared into each others eyes for some minutes, until Kyuhyun broke the silence.
"Minnie... I miss you, I miss you so much even though I see you everyday." Kyuhyun whispered shyly. He bent down again and hugged his hyung tightly, as if he was afraid he would lose his brother if he didn't hold tight enough. He laid on top of Sungmin, who was happy about the moment. Kyuhyun finally paid attention to him and nothing could come between them now. "I missed you too, Kyu."
Kyuhyun moved so that he was lying next to Sungmin now. Sungmin smiled at Kyuhyun before Kyuhyun took him in his arms again and pressed his head to his own chest. He placed kisses on Sungmin's head. Sungmin blushed and felt his heart beat and he felt warm inside. he put his arms around Kyuhyun's torso and snugged into his chest. Kyuhyun smiled contently. And closed his eyes, enjoying Sungmin's presence in his arm and his sweet scent that he breathed in.
"I love you, Sungmin." Kyuhyun said lovingly. Sungmin's hearts topped for a moment. He looked at Kyuhyun and kissed him on his lips. It was a short kiss, that only lasted for a couple of seconds, but it was enough for them. "I love you too, Kyuhyun." Sungmin replied and snuggled in his chest again. Both fell happily asleep.
