I found it nice and ironic when he was talking about Ginger was probably a fake name to hide something plain; just like Dodger! It made me think of how effed up he must be if he's getting weak Dodger-a-likes without entirely realising it, poor boy.
Dodger is going to cry lots when she reads that book, but never notice the dedication. Did I mention my poor heart? ANGSTS.

Isn't it weird? It's just another sign that he and Dodge are clearly meant to be and he needs to stop being a moron, basically.
Sigh, I know. HE KILLED HER. Tisk, tisk but ANGST. Just remember adorable babies with floppy hair. It helps a little.
