We haven't even done our taxes for '05 yet. :/ We filed an extension and just never did it. I just hope we come out even. For a couple years, we owed big time and that really sucked. Thankfully that's where the business helps out--lots of write offs!

Ohh and we definitely need to get together soon. I'm going absolutely bonkers because the only people I see or talk to on a regular basis is my mom, Mike, and the kids.

Yeah! We have a lot to talk about... um, let's see... my new work schedule sucks so I'm pretty much free on weekends. Let me know what works for you!

Yeah weekends are best for me too, weekdays are just too hectic because Nicholas just started speech therapy and will be starting preschool on March 5th in addition to my job search, keeping up the house, and errands for both us and the business. Shit, I think I was LESS busy when I had a job! Two kids and a house to keep up and a business to help out with are like 4 freaking full time jobs.

I don't know if it's too little notice but this weekend is ok, but next weekend is out because that's when we're having Ben's birthday party (we sent an invitation, but to what address I don't know, so it's Mar. 3 at 2pm, our place. It's gonna be small since I'm still unemployed.) And pretty much anything after that is free too.

Hey, have you been watching TAR? If so, I was thinking maybe you could come over on Sunday to watch it with me and Fred at his place. I'll cover dinner and a manicure (I need one badly!)... let me know what ya think.

You're happy about giving the government a 1300 dollar interest free loan over the course of the year? That could be an extra 50 bucks in your pocket every two weeks!

My ideal tax return would be zero, but I think I may end up owing a bit this year because of the rental income from my condo in CA. Enjoy the refund!

Well, I owe Fred some of it for the European vacation but the rest I will definitely make good use of. :)

Heh, that's how I feel!! I'd rather not give the government an interest-free loan for the year and invest the money myself. Sadly, I know people who under-report their exmptions on their W-4 cuz that's the ONLY way they can save/get money back.

Lucky you. We owe bigtime. LIke $750 bigtime. Our entire state refund will go toward paying that, so we only pay about $95 out of pocket.

I need to readjust my withholding.

Try owing about 2000 dollars to federal ALONE. We owed about 1000 to the state. This was for 2002 when we had NO deductions. It SUCKED.
