Sorry for double posting >_<

After watching the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony, I was starting to feel really proud of myself that I did my final project on it.
I can't stop spazzing on the thought that Zhang Yimou used the same idea as I did for the opening ceremony <333 *perasan*

Here's the journal entry on the artwork I did back in August 2007 ( Read more... )

got to watch the last leg of the ceremony...lat marches of the countries with china led by yao ming with a kid who survived the sechuan earthquake.

Followed by speecehes by officials, song and of course the torch.

The last person to light up the Olympic flame in the air...really breath taking haha

AAh! I was totally wondering how did they lift the rings off the ground?? I can\t see any wire! It's MAGIC! (also, notice that the China flag and Olympics flag are billowing in the breeze even though the commentator remarked that there weren't much breeze that night to begin with..)
My fave torch lighting was the archer too! He's just amazing. But the Beijing one comes a close second hehe
(was Sarah Brightman's mandarin passable, or was it funny? I couldn't tell XD)
