Gr 12 was my last official grade at BHS...

I think I must have slept through the graduation ceremony that your year had though.

Like all graduation ceremonies, you wouldn't have missed anything. They gave me award after award and then at the garden party, creepy, rich, self-important parents of girls I didn't know or want to know came and congratulated me in a stilted, phony and uncomfortable way and said incredibly stupid things that one should never say to an 18 year-old kid (like, "you'll win a Nobel"). I will forever be grateful to Mrs. Lumsdun who barged in and gave me a hug, completely ignoring Mr & Mrs SelfImportant.

That's true.
Athena's younger than the rest of us (sigh!) but being brilliant was in the same grade as we were. Are you trying make me feel old or something?
