Ah the wonders of passport land.

My particularly bizarre memories are all associated with the American Embassy in London while I negotiated the paths toward a student visa.

Sometimes I think the entire purpose of public education is to teach the populace to be docile and queue for things. But I think I shall follow your persuasive avatar's advice, and then I hope to fell less cross.
