I like the darker dragons, though the detail that you achieved with the hair/mane is great.

really like the dark ones though...

thanks (though too late now ;) )... that's the thing about printmaking... knowing when to stop... but I'm very happy with it

I like the dark ones too, but I wouldn't trade them for the scales. these get better and better!

Di said I should print lots of the dark proofs because they were powerful, but I was too single-minded and wanted the vision in my head.

Lesson for me though: Di, blythe, reynardin are agreed on the dark one.

I really like the various textures (if I do say so myself) and now that I know (much to my own surprise) that I can carve the thin parallel lines (i.e. hair) I will try that again for an engraving-style look.
