I started writing this on Tuesday then completely forgot I hadn't finished it. In my defence, I was very, very tired though and felt about a thousand years old. I'd known I was pushing my boundaries with my plans at the weekend but it actually affected me for days afterwards.

On Saturday morning I caught a train at 6.20am up to Blackpool. Hannah
