Oh, gosh, I'm so relieved! I wasn't sure about posting this, but it's been going round in my head all day...maddening when you're trying to write a report on a serious and depressing novel! It's a really depressing novel, and I'm racking my brains for ideas to lighten it up so it's marketable, and ways of selling them tactfully to the authoer. Obviously, I'm having some sort of totally flippant reaction, as I've written nothing but crack since the postman delivered it.
