i love these peeks into the world of Alec's Money-Making Schemes. And of course the Alec-n-Cindy-ness.
“Wanna dance?” She asked just to see the look on his face. - This was funny and cute, but also speaks to how well she knows him, and enjoys teasing him. It's almost sibling-like.
“Fourteen.” Alec looked worriedly at his appropriated glass. “And one half.” So precise!
“Yes! I mean no. I mean yes?” - Alec Adoreableness Alert!
It seemed prudent to end the call there even if Logan was in the middle of a pertinent sentence. Always admired Cindy's prudence.

I too like Alec out there makin' some dough! I seem to have him constantly dealing drugs but honestly, what's as easy, as lucrative or in higher demand? (or more canon) I guess he could go around robbing people but he stopped rigging fights because he wasn't into it. Which now that I think about it is a very endearing detail of his character! He always wants to make a fast buck but he abandoned the far most effortless method. ♥

Alec wants to rob people without needless violence. :D

Oh poor baby! Only Alec would drink fourteen drinks laced with roofies. And Logan's night is about to get a lot more interesting. Are you continuing this? Or do we just get to imagine Alec throwing up on Logan's couch? *g* Because that's a mental image that'll have me giggling all night. (Not that I'd wish vomit on Logan or anything, but the guy does seem a little organized and clean and Alec kind of ruins that for people.)

Your Alec-OC fics are always entertaining but this one left me in stitches. Your characterisation painted new dimensions to their character and I adore how you illustrate Alec's hit-and-miss effort in trying to blend in with the rest of the population.

Such as : Some of those geniuses back at that Manticore lab went out of their way to build their kids unobjectionable, but that would only get a guy so far. Nobody in their right mind was going to be paying attention to the fine genetic craftsmanship once the potent smell of used bike messenger hit.

In some sense, Alec still has the social instincts of a ratty teenager.

However, he did manage to appear a little proud of his uncanny tolerance to date rape drugs.

I really like how you put that! I like the idea of Alec aiming but missing the mark only to make him appear even stranger than not trying at all.
