I think I'd forgotten just how much I love the Enchanted Forest Chronicles; started rereading the third book today. And they are such fun.
Also? I love Milliways. I really, really do. This is not a thread thing, it's just... love.

When my sister and I were living in Kentucky, I found those books, and fell in love with them.

We knew a guy we called Dancing Taylor (because we knew him because he went to the same school with the dance classes and stuff as we did. See? Logic!) who looked almost exactly like the picture of Daystar on the first-edition hardcover jackets.

It was kinda nifty.

I still want someone to bring Kazul into the bar.

They are v. lovely books indeed. (And KILLER. Killer is a hoot.)

... my brain just said that Daystar and, say, Garion of Riva, would be remarkably good friends.
