[Well now that the night's passed, Miles seems to be in a slightly better mood. Although the pouring rain and the rolling of thunder in the background makes the general atmosphere seem unnecessarily gloomy -- Miles' expression does light up slightly at Phoenix's response, however!]

Well, be careful, then, and avoid getting struck by lightning or getting too soaked.

[Miles himself is curled up with the warmth that is known as Pess - bless them fire Pokémon and their constant radiation of warmth - as he takes shelter from the downpour under a tree.

He does appear a bit tired. However, he shrugs at Phoenix's question.]

...and welp, Phoenix...has a pretty good idea as to why Miles had trouble sleeping, but. Considering how weirded out Miles has seemed so far, he decides to withhold that speculation for now.]

[Apollo hasn't been sleeping very well either, though not because of nightmares. The ground is really not very comfortable to sleep on and the music in the forest never stopped playing.

He hears something out of place-- whispering?-- and wakes up completely. He sits up and looks over to see Edgeworth with his communicator.]

[Sort of groggily:] Couldn't sleep?

[Oh whoa Apollo's awake! Miles jumps: he thought he'd maken sure that Apollo was asleep-- guess he was wrong.]

It's hard to settle down, I guess.

[Apollo ruffles his (ruined) hair and blinks a few times before answering and...

[Miles closes his Pokégear and turns his face slightly away from the campfire. He should have wiped his face earlier - he doesn't want to worry Apollo too much, of course.]

We'll have to get used to it though. [He pats the dirt ground under him - it appears that he's leaning on his backpack, and hasn't even taken out his sleeping bag. He really wasn't planning on sleeping anytime soon, if at all. He wouldn't want to end up worrying Apollo if he had another of those nightmares.]
