My sister was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. This, in addition to my mother's IC, my father's long-term disagreements with greenery, and the age-limited scope of the palates of my niece and nephew makes cooking a meal for the lot of us a slightly more interesting exercise. Thank goodness for the shotgun approach
