So that everyone can find it easily when they're trying to get there:
The hotel is
the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing.
The hotel is accessible by public transit (you want the Market Frankfurt subway line* at the 2nd street stop) and runs a door to door shuttle to the air port from the lobby for $10 each way. The best way to get there from the bus terminal on 1001 Filbert St (or Chinatown, which is a block away) is to walk 2 blocks to the subway station at 11th and Market. You want to take the Market Frankford line eastbound to 2nd street (3 stops). From there, the hotel is about 3-4 blocks. The subway costs $2.
Here are some
rough driving directions, for those of you coming by car. There parking attached to the hotel for $21 per night, and there are
two parking places nearby that look to be $12 and $15 per night each. I've been told that there is also metered parking in the nearby streets, if you want to try and make that work too. If there are any Philly people that want to weigh in with more parking options in the comments that would be lovely as well.
If you'd like to get more specific instructions, or have any questions about the shuttle, the hotel number is (215) 928-1234. They'll probably be a good source to call, as they're accustomed to directing people.
*Which is accessible from
Market East Station (at 11th St. and 8th St.), where all the local trains and buses stop (the Chinatown buses stop literally a block away as well). Amtrak goes into 30th Street Station, which also connect to the Market-Frankfurt Line.
