Capoeria? Please! That is just baby step up from Tae-Bo & Um Yung Doe. Is she battling (hilarious) this crew:

Capoeria is a lot harder than it looks, and perfect for a Batgirl. I looked into it when I was considering a martial art form. (Plus, the most serious martial artist I know used to do it. Her most recent form was Krav.)

How'd the house hunting go?

I'm sure it is difficult. It is also very beautiful. But that doesn't make it useful as a martial art. There are (IMHO) three classes of martial arts differentiated by sparring.

The first is the stupid: (Um Yung Doe, Tae Bo etc.) which have no sparing. This is usually good exercise and may teach a little grace.

The second has styalized sparing using a prescribed list of moves & counters. This will probably make you stronger, faster and more graceful.

A serious martial arts school will requite you to buy a set of pads, because a you will learn about actually fighting an active resisting foe. This simple lesson is vitally important, and (as far as I know) impossible to learn any other way.

The second and third cannot be clearly separated by name although I've never seen or heard of Capoeria being in the third group.

And in IMHO taking both your feet of the ground or spinning is genneraly a pretty bad idea, unless you are trying to get extra points from the judges or impress your freinds.
