You can let the fear control your life and rule what you do (even if it is simply avoiding those situations where the fear can strike), or, you can try to control the fear instead by facing it. Although facing one's fears is never easy (otherwise they wouldn't be anything to be afraid of). And of course, the most dangerous ones are those insubstantial ones, that are difficult to locate, let alone face. Such as what other people might think of you, or whether something you might do will have repercussions that you can only imagine, or ... well the list of things that you can imagine to fear can be quite extensive and are probably quite different from mine, but probably no less involved or convoluted.
Of course, one of the greatest fears is the fear of burdening your friends with your problems when they obviously have enough of their own. But it's also one of the silliest fears as well, because, well ... that's what friends are for. To help each other in our times of need. And, well, we're reporting for duty ma'am!
Love and Hugs!

It is ok, thankyou everyone for your thoughts but the post are not essentially self reflective but simply comment on the some of the things I see happening around me. You don't need to be worried about me, on the contrary, I am fine it is others that I worry about.
