Resolved

I'm not one for triple digit lists and I procrastinate too much to give myself almost three years, so I'm sticking with old-fashioned resolutions.

New Year's resolutions

1. Get back on South Beach, stay on it, lose 50 pounds.

2. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day, totalling at least 90 minutes a week.

3. Tithe my waking hours, continue tithing from my paycheck.

4. Regain my once-clean house, then keep it that way.

5. Retrain Flood, then stick with daily training.
