This video was taken on March 2nd and shows Evie's cute attempts at saying Mama. Randy has been trying to teach her "Hi Mama!" from day one, so it's not surprising that Ma was her first word.
~Those eyes! Big and bright and beautiful! ~The twinkle of humor in her eyes when something cracks her up - clearly she is her mommy and daddy's daughter in that already, ready to laugh and see the funny in life. ~The wriggling :-) ~The wee tongue curling and trying to make sounds ~Towards the end, the "ok Mama enough camera stuff, play with me!" change in her voice and face :-) Expressive baby girlie!

I'm so glad I got this on video. She's made no attempts since then to say ma. That seems to be her way of doing things. She'll accomplish something new and then it will be another month or two until she tries again.
The past couple weeks she has mellowed out. I've been breathing great sighs of relief because she doesn't cry as much and she's been happier. It makes me so happy to see her happy and definitely makes for an easier life!!
