[ Kai can't bring himself to say anything to comfort Rin. He feels guilty over letting this happen anyway. Now that Rin was hurting and not accepting his help... Well, that only left him to feel guiltier.

So, his frequency's here, but he probably won't be striking up a conversation with Rin, much less want to hear her crying again. ]
