Silly question but ...
# Submissions are due in November, approximately two weeks before posting starts on December 1.
Sunday, November 17th is two weeks before December 1st so is that the due date? I need a concrete date or my brain will explode. LOL

Submissions are due on or before November 18, 2013.
Posting Begins: December 1, 2013.
