Nonono, but Messiah Complex is actually rather good (so far anyway)... I can understand not wanting to pick up all the crossover issues etc (after all who cares about the New X-Men?) but as an X-fan I would recommend picking it up... maybe when the trade comes out?

Personally I've been bored of the X-titles for a while now, but I'm kinda enjoying this story :)
Well I can't vouch for how the storyline ends! But it's had some great cliffhanger moments so far. And I like the fact that it ties into a lot of old X-Men history...
OK, grabbed a bunch (still missing part 3 though) and, yeah, not bad, certainly much more so than House of M, Decimation and Civil War but I'm still a tad fed up with the annual "Event" and still nostalgic for the days when Claremont could develop storylines over time and not have to worry about plans being disrupted by the latest "The Marvel Universe will never be the same again" hoohah. Guess I'll see this through to conclusion but still dubious if I'll be around much longer afterwards!
