Sorry at 22 this sept I am the youngest of my RL friends, which puts me in the curious possition of being the baby, to the point that I'm called "mini maria" by some, when you're bieng compared with verne troyer in a frankly sinister way, you may well have...

I've got no idea what you might well have done.

But I am good on presents. I tend to go for something to fir the personality and try to remember off hand comments on likes and dislikes. Which is why one friend was delighted to receive a pair of "stripper knickers" with pick hearts all over and ribbon ties.

Knickers, you've reminded me that I have other LJ buddies with birthdays soon. Yikes!

I'm usually the youngest of my group of friends too, though I've been beaten by an August birthday this time. Problem is I'm an older sister, so I'm usedto thinking of myself as the eldest. When everyone else has turned 18/19/whatever I assume I have too, so birthdays always seem like they're not actually celebrating anything. But Stripper Knickers sound cool, especially all covered in hearts and ribbons. Cute Stripper!

I was the oldest for my entire career at grammar school, it's hard to go from oldest to youngest.

Mind, one of my friends later said the immortal "when I met you, I thought you were one of those child progidies..."

I look about 14-16, something I keep on being told is a blessing.

Yup, you're gonna be nineteen. Halfway to dead. Over the hill. It seriously wasn't just me who thought as a kid that eighteen was great, because it was legal for you to do everything then - but nineteen was ancient.

It feels great, though, you know? You're halfway to dead, so it doesn't matter what you do. XD

Accoding to anime soc, 25 is halfway to 30. This sparked a long discussion.

Oh, any thoughts on what time you're coming this weekend? And how long you want to stay? It was Friday to Monday, right?

Yup, Friday to Monday. I was thinking of coming in the early afternoon, at about 2/3? There's one train that gets me in at half past two, one at twenty to three, and one at ten past three. And lots more trains. What's most convenient for you?

I have nothingelse that day, so whichever you end up on, basically. Just give me a call once you're on the train so I know what time to find you. Preferably shortly after you get on, since it takes a while to walk to hte station.
