what, and i'm not a good enough reason to venture in a southerly direction? *pout*
i swear to god, tracey, i am going to finish ALL THREE of my unfinished due south stories this weekend, because there are OTHER DUE SOUTH STORIES that i want to write and i refuse to start them until all the unfinished ones are finished. there's only so much stalled-mid-fuck that rayk and fraser can take, you know?
That is my favorite Waffle House in the world. It is on my way home from the Cradle. Scattered, smothered & covereds taste best during the hours between 2 and 4 AM with a concert still ringing in my ears.
I thought Walk the Line was very well done through out with a few absolutely amazing moments. I recognize its flaws but I had so much fun watching it that I don't really care about them.
It doesn't have a fraternal twin. It has a sketchy cousin though. Up 54 another few miles, left on 55, up on the right, across the street from the on/off ramps for 40W.
Ah, see that is why you need Durham. We have the greasy spoons!
I totally agree. I have this habit of remembering places I live in/visit not by what we saw or activities we participated in, but by what I ate. It's a scary way to live. Yummy, but scary.
Mmmm. Waffle House! Waffle House always makes me think of hotel sex, because the only time I've ever lived near one was when I was doing AIT for the National Guard at Ft. Gordon, GA (right near Augusta) and we ate there a lot when we were off base for the weekend. Ft. Gordon. *sigh* I was in the best shape I'd ever been in in my entire life, there were 10 guys to every girl, and they were all in incredible shape too... Good times!
