Re: 1 - Macro. Or a trip to the zoo. Both of those would get me thinking more about composition rather than capture, and that would get me excited about shooting again. It's been a long time since I've been shooting (my nephew is using my SLR for his photo class), but that's probably how I'll get back in.

Well, it's not that I'm not excited about shooting -- I just got back from a weekend at a hippie grassroots music festival that charged me up good. It's the ideas part of pitching a promo shoot that's stumping me, if that makes sense; if I had an idea, I could shoot it! But I have no ideas. Do you still think the zoo would work? .... Actually for this band it might. Hmmmmm. Thank you for that.
