It's cold here in Philadelphia, especially for early December, but dry and sunny. And windy, so you really have to bundle up. "Real feel" temperatures are in the teens Fahrenheit. FanSee
It is sort of unusual for this time of year but not really. We normally get a buttload of snow in December, but it depends on the temperature of Georgian Bay and how much artic air masses come down. This year there has been A LOT of air masses moving and GB is still really warm. It's just adding up for killer storms.
London, Ontario has gotten over 4 feet in 3 days, Beeton, Ontario has got well over 3 feet. We got 3 inches in about 3 hours last night.
