Mukuro is malevolent, Mukuro is ancient, Mukuro knows all there is about existence - and at the same time Mukuro still is a boy of eleven. He wants to be loved. He wants Lancia’s attention. He still enjoys being spoiled rotten.
And then having:
‘How have you been, older brother?’
These were beautiful--it showed how in Mukuro's twisted way he actually did care a lot about Lancia and all he wanted was his love. He just went about the wrong way of getting it because his life was so messed up and such, but with that last line, showing that despite everything that happened he considered him still an older brother...oh this is just too sweet! :) And I like how you started off with him meeting Ken and Chikusa in the beginning. Going into memories!

He's such a creepy child, this Mukuro, with a vacuum for morals. It's not that he really considers Lancia a brother - what are such trivialities as 'love' and 'family' to him when he's not really human? Time, life and death all are different for Mukuro. But he likes the sentiment enough to use.
And Mukuro never really lets go of people he considers his own.
I really hope someday he matures enough to really see life, not just the suffering. And finds the strength to be human.
