whoa. there is a saying that i'm about to butcher about how you boo a man you don't like who changes his mind, but cheer a man you like that "keeps up with the times."

the first birthday Johnny Cash wasn't around for, i decided the chair at the restaurant that my presents were on was set for him. aside from it being 1984 and the beginning of The Cure, Depeche Mode, etc. phase for me, i think it was him that started me wearing mostly black.

Awesome. They finished building one of the two twin towers on my birthday... one year... but I didn't choose it as an event. I also left of the (d. whatever year) bits... I was fed up with html by that point. ;)
