Hmm...now that I think about it...there aren't a lot of real "rules" in Luceti. No laws you can break, technically, not like back in Sternbild where you can get arrested for something. So I guess it makes sense that there wouldn't be any real rules for a bar here. [It was really rather surprising, now that she's thinking about it, that there doesn't seem to be any sort of police force or set of laws in Luceti, but everyone got on more or less fine. It isn't mindless chaos in the village outside of experiment times.]
