Great remix story (and original); I really enjoyed that fest -- small, no pressure, good fun.

The Beth, Midnite visit sounds fun. I've had the pleasure of meeting both of them in person and had great times.

(About the "C" problem -- my "C" key actually fell off. It was possible for a while to use it without the actual key cover, but eventually that stopped working, too. I had to cut and paste "C"s from other stories until I could get the thing repaired. Frustrating. A lot of words have "C"s in them, you know? especially smutty ones.)

It really was lovely and so fun to revisit those two. It was a wonderful idea. I'm sorry I didn't have time to write, but thrilled that woldy did it and let me play by offering my fics.

You actually lost your "c"?? Hahaha, cutting and pasting from other stories is quite creative. Many, many words have "c"s.

Hahahaha! That happened to a friend of mine, who used to write rock fic. She spilled something on her keyboard and her left shift, z, x, and c keys weren't working so well. So she just typed "member" and then did a find and replace later. Except she didn't put a space at the beginning of the search, so she ended up with a few instances of "recock" by accident. Oops! :-P

Ugh to your non-functioning C. My L key isn't working at the moment, so I feel your pain. I have copied an "l" from other words and just control+V when I need it. So tedious!
