So it turns out that I may have ruined any chance of ever gaining entrance to Emily Carr with my flailing Langara antics from long ago.
Woke up to this news after having an amazing night with Krystal and Andrew just earlier, so the two extremes balance each other out a bit, but still...

On the bright side, I haven't heard that many great things about ECIAD as a school in general. If it's just fine arts courses you're wanting to take, almost any university/college has those. And even the obscure stuff can be learned somewhere, if that's what you're after: there are bound to be workshops someplace where you can get what you're looking for. :)

You'll get it eventually. But that goal doesn't have to be Emily Carr (or even if it is) - just focus on what it is that you want.

Bit rich coming from me who hasn't a CLUE what I want, but it seriously does help.
