“A drink?”

“Sorry, not interested.”

He followed her gaze across the protoplanetary nebular lounge.

“Come on, him? I’m better-looking than that guy. What’s he got that I haven’t got?”

“You might be better-looking than him, but you’re not better-looking than her.”

Excellent story with so few words. The dialogue works perfectly.
