There are so many ways to interpret what circumstances or relationship these two people are in, and it has definitely left me wanting to know more and very curious about how he would react to that admission.

Very interesting...I would assuming that since being pregnant is "what's wrong" that perhaps he will know right away that she's cheated on him. Very intriguing! This would be a great hook to start a book with!
