Holiday Baking!

As I mentioned in my earlier Christmas post I spent several days (almost a week!) baking things. It would've gone much faster if I had had my assistant (bro) helping me out but he didn't arrive until much later when everything was nearly done. :(

I made gingerbread cookies and 4 different flavors of cake balls/truffles: pumpkin spice, chocolate

Soooo when are you going to open up your own bakery/sweet shop? I'm just saying. Because your attention to detail and yumminess is already at a ridiculously high professional level. All these photos and explanations have me drooling and just gaping with my mouth wide open at your skill. Amazingness! I love all your posts! This one is especially yummy looking. I really wish I could be there to try some of your sweets! ;~;

I just had to buy the snowman cutter when I saw it! XD I tried making the hats a little taller but it didn't work so well with the giant rolling pin. Next time I'll use the smaller one.

When I win the lottery. I need to hire someone who can deal with chocolate a lot better than I can, lol.

If you didn't live in the far far off distant country of Canada I would have tried mailing some cookies to you. Next time you come over I'll make a special batch of Layton cookies just for you. ^_^

I gave the extra 3 boxes to Sealy and friends, and the Jossy was so funny. She opened one of them up and was like DAMN THAT LOOKS GOOD and made her crazy face. I think you've seen the Crazy Face.

Gan made screaming lizard noises when he ate the lizard cakes. I could hear him from the other room :) Thanks again for everything!

I'm almost done with all the snowmen Laytons, and I ate all the gingerbread balls already ahahahhaha I'm such a fatty.
