*Victor, still a little pale, a little thin, a little haunted-looking, has been perusing the shelves in search of something not in the least related to science, perhaps one of the books of poems Elizabeth is so fond of, or the studies on languages that absorb Clerval's attention. He is (as he has so often been) absorbed in his own thoughts, and so stops just short of running into Mina, looking for a moment like a startled animal as he realizes the presence of another there. Victor Frankenstein. And you are Mrs. Harker, correct? I fear I cannot recommend much but scientific texts these days, and I would not recommend those to many. I came here hoping to find something else myself.

Oh, yes, I remember! And I am Mrs. Harker. *ooh, discussion of books. Fun.* Scientific texts can get tiresome after a while. I would recommend Aristophanes to you, if you're looking for light reading, but the jokes can be rather indeciferable unless you're highly familiar with Athenian history. One of Shakespeare's comedies is probably our best choice.
