I love your seaside illustrations, and your use of light is really outstanding. I'd love to see more summer illos from you, and if you want to, use the prompts at the 2009 DCU Fic/Art Summer-By-The-Sea Challenge. In fact, I'll offer one prompt from it right now: ice cream. I'd love to see a fun scene between my favorite couples eating ice cream cones.
You draw both Clark/Bruce and Steve/Diana so wonderfully, it could be either one of those couples, or both. :) Or how sweet would it be to have a Batman and Robin illo with Robin still young and enjoying ice cream? :) I bet you could come up with some wonderful light even in gloomy ol' Gotham. ;)
Anyway, anything using the beach and that wonderful summer light would be great, and you can enter more than one illustration in the Challenge if you like. I know prompts always help me! :)
I done it new. But this August, a flood happened in south Taiwan. And the disaster was really bad. So I don't do this pic with colers. Hope I forgive. :-)
Very nice! It's nice to see Clark and Bruce having some fun on such a beautiful day. I love the way you've drawn Clark as he prepares for Bruce's spike.
Ooooooh, Clark's thick mane of hair looks so yummy. And the light on his skin...
Also, Nagoya?? Why are you coming to Nagoya? There's nothing interesting here but me! :D (And I'm not that interesting!) Feel free to ask any questions about the city--it's a nice easy one to get around in, if not the most exciting. :)
This is totally lovely! You did a beautiful job. The feeling in the quality of the painting really makes me think of summer and the beach. it is wonderful.
