I just wrote this for Al Masry Al-Youm English edition

It's a review of one of the many 'tribute' festivities for the martyred artist, Ahmed Bassiouny, and it was the most cynical and opportunist thing I've ever seen. I'm surprised I managed to hold myself back, I hated it so much.
