I was vaguely thinking about TW (oh surprise) and Queer as Folk this morning and something occurred to me. It’s not exactly a parallel, more of a tangent, or even a curve maybe, but it made me smile.

(I just want to get it out of my system and then, honestly, I'm just going to watch TW S2 and shut up. Really... ;)

( References QaF (UK) and alludes to Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (TW S2:01) But I can't really spoil something that aired nearly ten years ago, can I? )

You know, those parallels are quite scarily direct, looking at things as they currently stand. Going to be interesting to see how things pan out there, but yeah, poor Rhys is fated to be the tin dog in all of this, isn't he? ;)

Hope you're feeling a bit better now and that the stresses of last week are receding....

Meh, it's just seems a shame to ignore all that depth of character sometimes, that's all... ;)

The only thing that would really disappoint me about this season (I think, from the good start we've had) would be an easy resolution to any conflicts/tensions and somehow I don't think I'm going to be worrying on that front!

Stressed, me? Well, I'm thinking I ought to be going back to work tomorrow - if my legs cooperate (been very wobbly the last few days, and the stomach got worse - oh, and the shoulders are on the verge of going...) so I'm just taking it as easy as I can around the house/Josh etc and seeing how it goes! Besides, I need to be better for Saturday...;)
