You got a copy of it? I've been using a netclient called Adonis to play online, it seems better than the attached netplay of the game. Patch the game and I'll link you a copy of Adonis. It automatically unlocks characters for netplay, but it's still locked normally if you play single player.

I don't actually have PoFV yet (was waiting for it to be translated), but I have sources.

Highly doubt it'll be translated completely any time soon-- lots of stuff on the Touhou Wiki is still incomplete, not to mention the priority of TH10 for some reason.

If you're in Japan, you can buy it at Comiket when it comes around, but otherwise it's a little hard to "purchase" it... you can download it, though. No, it's not an April Fools Joke, but the video above it is.

I played the SuperMarisaLand thing, which does work on my computer.

obviously what I downloaded yesterday wasn't the full game, cause it was like 40MB, but the linked site is 570MB.
