Or not. That was just some song lyrics, ha. I like the song a lot, though. For Koreans who never left the Korea unless they go on tour (but I don't know that they have come to the U.S. or anything), they sing pretty darn good English... and their voices are really soft ( Read more... )

Hey Aku! Nice to see you on LJ land (forgot to say when you first came here.)

...well... it used to be no one wanted to hang out with me... that is, not until I started looking like this. It's like my personality wasn't enough, at least I didn't think so.

Thanks a lot, I hope you had a nice day, too.

Oh God, Saber!

Oh man, Aku. I'm totally a geek who looks ungeeky. I'm also a lesbian who doesn't look lesbian. If you didn't know that already, now you know.

I only got contacts recently. This month, in fact!!

Sometimes I wonder if people just talk to me because I carry something of status-- whether that be me being "pretty" or "smart" or anything... or the fact that I'm usually the one who does work in a group for school, etc etc...

I've found a lot of people will. I've met people in my life who would openly admit this around their comfortable friends(Which would usually include me, so I'd hear the ends of it.), and people have been that way with me before.

It's not worth worrying about. Sometimes it turns out even better that while they only approach you solely for one reason or to gain something, a fantastic friendship opens up from it.

I hope things start to stay great for you on a more regular basis, shake out a little of that horrible...!

I'm glad to hear you're feeling more appreciative towards yourself. It is a wonderful feeling to have, I'm sure.

i talk to you because you are smart and beautiful and talented.
no, that's not true.
i talk to you because you seem to be a sensitive, caring and quirky person.
and also because it seems like you listen and might talk back!

though.. you never talk to me really, so maybe that means we're not friend! omfg! i don't know! but i still like you, whatever. :)

I used to always have very short hair for a number of reasons (none of them good), and then I grew it out, and then I let the person at the hair stylist do whatever and she cut it even shorter than it has ever been and I was rather upset at that and haven't had it shortened any since. (That was like 2001 or so.) I'm come to the point where I like my hair long, and I don't care if other people think I'm some crazy hippee or something.
