Something little and dark is crouched under one of the Milliways tables.

It's far enough back in the shadow that you probably won't notice it right away, not glaringly obvious and terrifying, but there.  Enjoying the bustle of a busy bar around him.

There's a certain loneliness to it.

Sometime after this, a notice goes up on the board. The writing looks as though someone was trying hard not to let his hands shake.

Wanted: Someone who can go into a locked room filled with water - without causing a flood - and bring something out safely.

Santi is in the bar.  Tucked in the very, very, very, very darkest out of the way corner he can possibly find.

He is only in the bar because someone outside was shooting this morning.  Otherwise, there would be no way.

As it is, he's making himself as inconspicuous as possible.  Given the blood, this is difficult.

Archibald Craven, master of Misselthwaite Manor, is sitting by the fire, drinking a glass of burgundy while perusing a catalogue of rare books presently for sale.

The lake is haunted.  You know this by now, don't you?

The lake is haunted by a little boy, down by the water, fishing around in the reeds for bugs and beetles.
