There are sandbags on the Bar.  As in...they're piled onto the actual Bar to make sort of a perimeter.  The reason for this is not clear, except that the bar obviously provided sandbags for the assembly of this high wall.  Some muttering can be heard from within the fort, meaning that it IS, in fact, occupied.

Out back, by the lake, Jericho is going through his practices. From one pose to another, shifting his muscles to hold himself steady for minutes, before shifting to a new one. Thanks Dick! Jericho is signing over his shoulder as he comes through the door. Oh! Look! This place, once again. How wonderful.

And, being Jericho, that's not sarcasm, that's actual thought. This place is cool, and the people are nifty too. So many he wouldn't talk to normally.

For once, Steph doesn't vant to be alone. She's in the bar, sitting in one of the booths against the wall -- sitting on the table, in fact, knees tucked under her chin and back against the wall, watching people pass.

Her Security badge is visible, pinned to her shoulder.
